Blue Highway
It’s a tribute indeed to a band's talent when they can follow up an album as powerful and perfect as Blue Highway’s 1st release (It's A Long, Long Road) with a second release that's just as strong. The east Tennessee band's second album features a sterling combination of fine, mostly new material, tasteful arrangements that make lovely use of Rob Ickes excellent Dobro playing and the unusually strong singing of Tim Stafford, Shawn Lane and Wayne Taylor. All three have great voices—they sound terrific in any and all combinations. For fans of good music and good fun, this band could not get any better.
