SHIPPING:

• -Shipping is free to all addresses within the United States.
• -International shipping rates vary. For more information, contact Rebel Records at (434) 973-5151 or shipping@rebelrecords.com
• -Products typically ship 1-2 business days after the order is received.
• -Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• -For domestic orders, 1-3 CDs are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and 4 or more CDs are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
• -Most International orders are shipped via International First Class.

 

RETURNS:

• -You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund.
• -We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• -Returns should be sent to Rebel Records, P. O. Box 7405, Charlottesville, VA 22906.
• -You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
• -All items purchased from a retail location must be returned directly to the retailer.
• -If you purchased a damaged or defective item from one of our artists at a show, you may send it to us in exchange for a copy of that item in proper condition.
