On this CD, Dr. Ralph Stanley is joined by his son Ralph II. “Two,” as he is known, has developed into a fine singer, and here splits the duties with his dad, performing good versions of songs like “Darling Little Joe,” “Carolina Mountain Home,” and “Don’t Step Over an Old Love,” while Dr. Ralph sings “Wild Bill Jones,” “I’ve Still Got 99,” “Walking With You In My Dreams,” and the new “Don’t Weep For Me” (a Shawn Lane song). Old favorite Steve Sparkman returns to do the fine banjo work, and the dependable John Rigsby is featured on mandolin and fiddle.
